All State Team Criteria
 | NSSA ran a list of all the shooters in the State that shot four guns in 2008. They were ranked by their average 1-10 and were assigned points from 10-100. |
| Points were assigned to the four largest shoots in Wisconsin: The Dragon Lady, Zone, State Shoot, and Bald Eagle based on five guns, HOA, and HAA giving 10 points for first place, 7 points for 2nd, and 4 points for third in each of the seven events. |
| Each of the five guns, HOA,and HAA were then multiplied by the NSSA difficulty factor supplied by NSSA for the shoot and the points were assigned to the shooters. |
| The Wisconsin State Shoot was calculated with double points as has been the custom in the past. |
