The Bill Spear Award is presented in recognition of unselfish service to the Wisconsin Skeet Shooting Association and its members.
This award is given annually to the person who personifies the goodwill, sportsmanship, and spirit
that Billy Spear has shown in his long and storied career.
The annual inductee will become a member of the WSSA Hall of Fame.
